Position Summary
Works with the division management team to establish and implement human resources strategic objectives that support overall business needs. Provide technical support regarding employment regulations, policy administration, and employee development. Promote a positive working environment, and direct the Human Resource initiatives for the division.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related degree.
- Seven to ten years successful human resources management with experience in a non-union environment, serving a minimum of five of those years in a supervisory capacity.
- A working background with team environments (SDWT, problem solving teams, or work cells) or equivalent team training.
- Training in total quality management, continuous improvement, and customer service systems or experience with similar processes.
- Practical experience with the application of employment-related law.
