Our internship program includes:

An internship mentor. The internship mentor is a confidant for you to talk to about navigating through the division and the company, someone to talk to about resources or issues, and to give general advice on what it means to be a Charter employee.
Performing the day to day activities or project work of the job, not just standing by and watching.
Formal performance evaluations, feedback and coaching to develop skills in area of study.
Exposure to how business is conducted from product order to delivery.
